Northeastern finished the Region IX Tourney in 3rd place, after winning the first game 3-1 against McCook CC, and dropping consecutive games to Lamar CC 10-2 and Otero 9-6 on Saturday. NJC finsished the season with a 29-27 record. Two NJC players were named to the All-Region IX First Team, OF John Richards and RHP Calder Hendrickson. NJC had 5 named to the All-Region IX 2nd Team, OF Mike Mendenhall, RHP Jacob Clinton, SS Gustavo Velazquez, 1B Kellen Love, and C Chad Jacobsen.
