Tess played in 26 games as a freshman for NJC averaging 8.5 minutes of playing time. She averaged 2.2 points and 1.3 rebounds per game.

Norvell graduated from Kiowa High School and her family lives in Elbert, Colorado. Tess is able to play the guard and small forward positions. Her academic major is Agriculture Business. Her hobbies are doing rodeo, hanging out with friends, and spending time with family.

Tess was the leading scorer in 2A for the 2003-2004 season averaging 21.9 points per game. She had a 77.3 percentage from the freethrow line and a 69.3 percentage from the three point line.

Why did you choose NJC? I chose NJC because of the smaller atmosphere and because of basketball.
