Robby enters his 10th year as the Assitant Coach for the Plaiswomen volleyball team. Robby's roots to Northeastern go back to 1992 when he was a guard on the Plainsmen basketball team. Robby started his college playing career in Miami, Florida and then moved to Sterling to play for Hall of Fame coach Lowell Roumph. Upon graduating from Northeastern, Robby finished his playing career at the University of Northern Colorado and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness and Exercise. During that time, Robby also became a Certified Massage Therapist. In 1997 Robby moved back to Sterling to open his own Message Therapy clinic and to coach both Volleyball and Women's Basketball for the Plainswomen. During his time at Northeastern, Robby has amassed a record of 245-104. Along with coaching duties, Robby is the Assistant Manager/Fitness Coordinator for the Bank of Colorado Event Center. Robby enjoys all outdoor activities, and being with his family, wife Jessica (former NJC standout on the Plainswomen Basketball Team) and his three children, Jayce (9 years old), Kailynn(7years old), and Maleah (5 years old).
